Barcelona particularly impressed us with its unique architecture. At every turn, you come across extraordinary buildings that give Barcelona its unmistakable character.

Of course, the works of Antoni Gaudí, such as the Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló, are among the absolute highlights. But other architects have also left their impressive mark on buildings such as the Hospital de Sant Pau.

Yet Barcelona won us over in ways other than its architecture too. Numerous museums invite you to immerse yourself in the city’s art and history, whilst the city beach offers a relaxing break from sightseeing.
